Alexa Weinman is an undergraduate student majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She serves on the Executive Board of the Society of Women Engineers and was previously a research assistant in a stormwater project at UMass. This research project involved sampling, testing, and analyzing the water quality in the Tan Brook.

Alexa is currently working on an urban sustainability project to investigate patterns in emissions across US cities and analyze relevant predictors.
